Delete your Nexus Logistics account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Nexus Logistics account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account yourself in the mobile app, or submit a request using the form below.
1. Delete your account in the Nexus Logistics app
- Open the Nexus Logistics app on your Android device.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm. Deletion starts immediately after confirmation.
2. Request deletion by web / email
If you cannot use the app, submit the form on this page, or email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request” and include:
- Full name on the account
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number (if any)
- A clear statement that you want your Nexus Logistics account deleted
We aim to complete web/email deletion requests within 7 business days after we verify account ownership.
3. What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or deactivate:
- Account login access (you can no longer sign in)
- Profile information (name, email, phone, company, profile photo)
- Account preferences (notification settings and similar profile settings)
- Access to bookings, tracking history, support tickets, and warehouse views tied to your login
4. What data may be kept, and for how long
Some records may be retained in archived or anonymized form when required for shipping operations, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or Philippine legal obligations:
- Operational / shipment records linked to completed logistics transactions (for example waybills or booking references) may be kept as business records.
- Security and audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- Archived account identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days for abuse prevention and recovery of mistaken requests, then permanently removed where legally allowed.
